My wife and I were so excited to find a prime piece of property to build on. That was until we dug a 600' well and only got 1/2 gallon per minute! Finding the Well Watcher system was a Godsend for us. We now have plenty of water to irrigate our garden and lawn and we enjoy incresed water pressure! I am so satisfied I am considering becoming a dealer for them to help spread the word.

2024 update - outstanding service! So i had to replace a pump after almost 4 years of ownership - no big deal. How many companies will spend half an hour diagnosing an issue 4 years after a sale? This one! So grateful to Tom and the rest of the team for all their help.We love our Well Watcher!!
It's unusual when any product you buy lives up to its advanced advertising, let alone exceeds it. The Well Watcher does both. What a game changer for us and our low yield well! The system was easy to install (we did cheat and get a little help from a local plumber), with clear instructions and excellent quality. Dan was so gracious and took 3 calls from me as I Iearned to operate the equipment correctly.
I was open mouthed in astonishment when I turned the system on and watched water flowing like a strong river into our bathtub that was normally a weak stream, and taking a shower this morning was a brand new experience! Absolutely wonderful.

9/8/21 Update: 6 months in, I felt obligated to give an update on the experience. After adding a new water softener and iron filter, we did a bit of tweaking to the flow rate and even added a smaller orifice to the new iron filter as it had a higher backwash flow rate than the old one. It took a few days to get perfection, but that's exactly what we have. No stress to the well pump, plenty of water available and at a higher, more consistent pressure than we had ever hoped for. If Google adds a 6th star to their reviews, I'll come back again and click it. We love our Well Watcher!!

Ethan at Well Manager was awesome when it came to answering my questions on my unit. Whether it was install, troubleshooting, setup or just basic information on unit. As a first time buyer of one of their units, it can be stressful not knowing exactly what’s going on or how it even works. Ethan took my stress away, answering all my questions. If he didn't have the answer, he knew someone that did, and eventually got me one. This is a company that backs their product and truly wants what is best for the customer. I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting improvement with their water issues.

The recent installation of a Well Watcher in our cottage on the shores of Lake Superior has been a great addition. While we reside on one of the largest collections of fresh water in the world our well was incredibly skimpy. With the addition of the Well Watcher we been able to install a washing machine. We can now entertain members of our family without the fear of running our well dry as was the case previous. We used Binz Brothers of Hurley WI for installation. They advised us to pursue a water storage device as opposed to drilling an additional well. They worked very well Dan Serlenga of Well Manager LLC in terms of getting us up and running. Dan was very helpful when it came to figuring out which device to purchase and helped us come up with one that fit in the crawl space under our cottage. I highly recommend both the product and Binz Brothers for installation.
Addition: We have had our WW almost 4 years. The water supply has continued to be reliable and taste good. As with any "home improvement" we have had occasional questions about maintenance etc. The folks at WM have always been responsive and helpful to both my installer and myself as the owner. Top notch outfit.

I have been working with Well manager for a few months and from the time I ordered my system and had it installed I have been very impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and followup. I have had the system for a month now and Dan and his team have been great at answering my questions and getting me up to speed on the system. I would highly recommend them if you are having well problems. Dan and his team treat you like a part of their family. Great family owned business.

We've had a Well Manager for 13 years. It has operated flawlessly, and has enabled us to live on our dream property. Our well is weak, but has provided water dependably through the Well Manager. The true test of any company comes when its time for service. After 13 years, our pressure pump failed. I called and got connected to Eric, who was patient and helpful. Even after all that time, he had us on file. He had the correct pump in stock, shipped it out that day. It arrived two days later; following the service manual instructions, I had it installed and working in 30 minutes. In every respect, you can't go wrong with Well Manager!

I absolutely love Well Manager. This is a special company that cares about their Customers and delivers nothing short of world class results and customer service. We had a low yield well and would run out of water consistently while trying to raise our family. We tried everything and just before we were going to decide to drill another well I stumbled upon Well Manager. I called and Dan responded and asked me very specific questions. When we were done he said “We can solve your water problems”. I ordered a well manager with a single tank and 4 years later I am still a very happy Customer. So happy that I called Dan and asked him if I could add another tank to the system and not only did he deliver on the tank he arranged to meet me to pick it up to save me on shipping costs. This company treats their Customers like family. The system is genius, the support is out of this world, and the appreciation they have for their Customers is something that is hard to find anywhere else! Trust is earned and Well Manager has earned every bit of my trust and appreciation! Your Company is one of a kind and I would recommend it to anyone struggling with low yield water problems.
